In the competitive Orlando market, first impressions dictate whether a customer walks in or keeps driving. Rusty Painting's expert team ensures your property always looks its absolute best.
We understand that closing your doors for commercial painting renovations isn't an option for most retail businesses. That's why we offer flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends, to complete your project without interrupting your daily operations. Your customers won't even know we were there, except for the fresh paint.
- Enhances customer perception immediately

- Increases overall property market value
Safe Interior Painting Services
Using high-quality, low-VOC paints is essential for maintaining a safe and healthy shopping environment. These specialized coatings release minimal odors and chemicals, meaning your staff and customers can breathe easily while we work. You don't have to worry about harsh fumes disrupting your business day.
From high-traffic corridors to fitting rooms, our application techniques ensure a durable, scrubbable finish that withstands daily retail abuse. We meticulously prepare every surface by filling cracks and sanding rough spots before applying premium Sherwin-Williams or Benjamin Moore paints. This attention to detail guarantees a smooth, professional result that stays looking fresh for years, even in the busiest store environments.
Our interior retail painting services include the following key areas:
- Sales floors and showroom display walls
- Customer restrooms and employee break rooms
- Fitting rooms and high-traffic hallways
- Back-of-house storage and warehouse areas
- Baseboards, trim, and crown molding
- Doors, door frames, and window casings
Exterior Protection Against Florida Weather
Central Florida's intense sun and frequent rainstorms wreak havoc on unprotected exterior surfaces. Without the right UV-resistant coatings and masonry sealers, your storefront can quickly fade, crack, or develop unsightly mildew issues that turn customers away before they enter.
We use advanced exterior painting systems designed specifically to withstand Orlando's humidity and UV exposure. Our process begins with pressure washing to remove dirt and mold, followed by applying masonry-sealing primers that lock out moisture. We then finish with premium topcoats that resist fading and chalking. This technical approach ensures your building's exterior remains vibrant and structurally sound, protecting your investment against the harsh local climate elements.
- Pressure washing removes dirt and mildew buildup
- Masonry sealing prevents moisture intrusion in stucco
- UV-resistant topcoats maintain vibrant brand colors
- Caulking seals cracks to prevent water damage
- rust-inhibiting primers protect metal railings and fixtures
- Graffiti removal and protective coatings available

A job we ran
What happens when another trade puts your store opening behind schedule?
We staff up and absorb it, because the opening date belongs to you and not to us.
On a medium sized retail build out we were subcontracted on, the electrical contractor severely delayed the close out process. They kept working for weeks past the original turn over date. Tensions climbed between the retailer, the builder, and the electricians. Our change order work kept backing up behind them the whole time. That is the point where plenty of painting contractors either walk or start billing the delay.
We appointed a special projects manager inside the company whose only job was getting that close out done properly. Strong communication, real scheduling and documentation programs, and a lot of attention on the finish itself. We delivered a flawless finish. The relationship with both the retailer and the builder stayed intact, and on a job that tense that second part is not a small thing.
Here is how you know it worked. The way we managed the end of that project is why we were contracted for three more retail store build outs over the following year. Retail close outs are where painting contractors get exposed. Painting is the last trade in, the store has an opening date that has already been announced, and there is no slack left in the schedule to absorb somebody else's delay.
